हमारे वेतन इंजन में उपयोग किए जाने वाले गणितीय सूत्रों और नियमों का खुला प्रलेखन।
1. Basic Pay & Rounding Rules
When migrating to a revised pay structure, unrounded product values (Current Basic × Factor) are rounded to the nearest integer multiple of 100 INR. This reflects Rule 7(1) of the CCS (Revised Pay) Rules 2016.
2. Dearness Allowance Integration
DA = Math.round((Basic Pay × DA Rate) / 100). For 7th CPC baseline, current DA is 53%. For prospective 8th CPC, initial DA is modeled at 0% following neutralization.
3. HRA City Tier Floor Calculations
HRA = Math.max(Math.round((Basic Pay × Rate) / 100), Minimum Floor).
Where Minimum Floor is ₹5,400 for Class X, ₹3,600 for Class Y, and ₹1,800 for Class Z.
